If you have a complaint or problem relating to your use of the USF Libraries, its resources, and its services, you can complete and submit the online form on this page. Alternatively, you may obtain a printed complaint/problem form at the USF Tampa Library's Circulation Desk. The issue will be automatically routed to the Director of Academic Services.
